Incentive Partner runs on Microsoft Azure — one of the most rigorously secured cloud platforms in the world. By building on Azure's professionally managed services, we inherit a security posture that would take any individual company years to construct on its own.

That posture includes:

Industry certifications Azure holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification, alongside the other major standards relevant to enterprise software.
Encryption Your firm's data is encrypted at rest and in transit by default, with industry-leading cryptography.
Logical separation Your firm's data is kept logically separate from every other firm's. Nothing co-mingles.
Managed infrastructure Microsoft manages the underlying hardware and platform — eliminating an entire category of risk.

Ownership Your firm's data is your firm's. We don't claim it.
Confidentiality All information shared with us is held in confidence.
No sale, no sharing We don't sell, rent, or share firm or client data with third parties — for any reason.
United States residency Your data stays within the United States, primarily Seattle.
Retention and deletion We keep data only as long as it's needed, and delete it on request.
Subprocessors The list of vendors we work with is documented and shared on request.
