Privacy Policy

What we collect, and what we don't.

Privacy practices for visitors to incentivepartner.tax. Information shared with our software platform is governed separately under your firm's Master Services Agreement.

Effective 2026-04-29

01 — Scope of this policy

What this policy covers — and what it doesn't.

This privacy policy applies to information collected through our marketing website (incentivepartner.tax), operated by Incentive Partner LLC ("we", "us", "our"), and to direct communications you send to our team — by email, by scheduling a demo, or otherwise.

This policy does not govern information your firm or its clients share with our software platform during an active engagement. That information is handled under the terms of your firm's Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Incentive Partner.

02 — What we collect

We collect as little as we can, and only what you give us.

Specifically:

That's the full list. We don't ask for, infer, or derive more than that from your interaction with the site.

03 — How we use it

To answer you, hold the demo, and follow up if you want us to.

We do not use information from this site to train AI models, sell to third parties, or target advertising.

04 — Who else has access

A short list of service providers — and that's it.

To run a website and respond to you, we work with a small number of service providers who have technical access to the information you share. We choose providers carefully and limit access to what each one needs.

We do not sell, rent, or share information collected through this site with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05 — Where data lives

Within the United States.

Information collected through this site is stored within the United States by the providers listed above. If a provider's infrastructure changes, we'll update this policy.

06 — How long we keep it

Only as long as it's useful.

You can request deletion of your information by emailing us — see the contact section below.

07 — Your rights

Access, correction, deletion — by request.

You can ask us to:

If you're a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws — including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (which we don't do anyway, anywhere). Email us at contact@incentivepartner.tax to exercise any such right.

We don't discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.

08 — Cookies and tracking

Currently, none.

This site does not use cookies, web beacons, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking scripts. If we add web analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and provide a consent mechanism where required by law.

09 — Children

Not directed at children.

This site is intended for accounting professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16, where applicable). If we learn that we've inadvertently received information from a child, we'll delete it.

10 — Updates to this policy

We'll update as practices change.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we change this policy in a material way, we'll do our best to bring it to your attention through the site or, where appropriate, by direct notice.
